it took me a while to post this message because I became a mum last month. Between the preparation, the birth and the adjustments at home, only now I could finish this post.
In my last post I mention that I would show some more pages, so here they are.
Nothing fancy, very simple and clean. I thought about using 4 pages but I decided to use only 2. I think for my Future Log it´s enough.
Important Dates
One thing that I have being using for years, is a page with important dates of the previous year. In the beginning of each year I check my planner and put important dates that I want to remember in one page of the next year. I use it to remember when I made a big purchase ( a car, a home appliance, etc) to be sure when the warranty ends, or when the installment ends; when I start or change some medicine, sick leave, holidays, etc
This year I also made a page to register during 2019 the dates I want to remember in the next year, this away in 2020 when I make the Important Dates page of the previous year, it´s only copy this information. Also a very simple layout:
Expenses Tracker
In one page I put the monthly and the annual fixed expenses ( the day of the payment, the bank account, the cost and the recipient ); in the other page I register the not planned expenses ( vehicle maintenance, house maintenance, etc)
Savings and Income vs Expenses
I did a page for the savings where, for each month, I track the savings in my bank accounts. In the same page I also can track some incomes (gifts, some extra job, etc)
In the other page I register the savings and the expenses to track my finances.
Online orders tracker
I buy online a lot, so this one is essential! I already used it in 2018 and this way I always know what I bought, where, the price, where it is going to be delivered, how I pay it (credit card, Paypal, etc) and when it is likely to be delivered.
Next time I will "talk" about a way to track the finances that I will try to use this year.

Demorei muito a publicar esta mensagem porque fui mãe no mês passado. Entre a preparação, o parto, os ajustes cá em casa, só consegui terminar agora este post.
No meu ultimo post tinha ficado de no próximo, mostrar-vos mais algumas páginas do meu Bujo, e aqui estão elas:
Registo do Futuro
Página sem nada de muito elaborado, layout muito simples. Tinha pensado em usar 4 páginas, mas acabei por decidir usar só 2. Penso que para o que preciso é suficiente.
Datas Importantes
É uma página que já uso há anos, com as datas importantes do ano anterior. No inicio de cada ano vejo na minha agenda (agora bujo) que datas quero lembrar no ano seguinte. Uso-a para lembrar a data de uma grande compra (um carro, um electrodoméstico, etc) para saber quando acaba a garantia ou uma prestação ; a data em que comecei a tomar alguma mediccação, dias de baixa médica, férias, etc.
Este ano também fiz uma página para o ano corrente, 2019, para ir registando durante o ano os dias que me quero lembrar no ano seguinte, assim em 2020 quando for fazer a página da Datas Importantes do ano anterior, é só copiar a informação. É também um layout muito simples.
Registo de Despesas
Numa página registo as despesas mensais e anuais fixas (data do pagamento, a conta, o valor e o destinatário); na outra página registo todas as despesas maiores que possm aparecer, que não estavam planeadas (manutenção do carro, manutenção da casa, etc)
Poupanças e Recebidos vs Gastos
Na página da esquerda registo todos os meses as minhas poupanças. Também registo outros recebimentos ( de ofertas, trabalho extra, etc)
Na outra página registo o recebido e o gasto para controlar as minhas finanças.
Compras online
Faço muitas compras online, por isso esta página é essencial! Já usei uma página do género em 2018 e assim sabia sempre o que comprei, onde comprei, onde vai ser entregue, a forma de pagamento e a data provável de entrega.
Na próxima mensagem vou falar numa forma de controlar as finanças que vou tentar usar este ano.
